Property for Sale in Greater Noida West

After remarkable success of RG Luxury Homes at Greater Noida West (Sector 16B), the RG Group launches three new towers in the same project. The election agenda of now UP CM Akhilesh Yadav has a close connect with the state’s infrastructural scenario. The leader is looking forward to implementing three promising greenfield expressways in the state including an expressway in Bundelkhand, the Bijnor-Moradabad-Fatehgarh Expressway and the Greater Noida-Muzaffarnagar Expressway. All three projects will be supervised and executed by Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority. These expressway projects will be developed on the lines of the popular Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Lucknow-Ghazipur Expressway.

The work to expand the highway is under way, which will give a fillip to the housing sector in the area.

Lakhs of flats owners can now take a sigh of relief as the Supreme Court has upheld the land acquisition that was done by the Greater Noida Authority during 2006 and 2009 in the Greater Noida West area, better known as Noida Extension. The news brings relief to numerous home buyers, but jolts farmers, who were hoping that the court will either give their land back or will rule in favor of a higher compensation.

 The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is planning to add more projects to the existing list. But, some projects are facing serious roadblocks, mostly on the techno-commercial front such as issues in land acquisitions and resistance from local environmental groups. The Greater Noida Airport, an upcoming project in Uttar Pradesh, has been stalled owing to lack of funds.
