    New Development Plan: Taller Mumbai Will Have 10 L Affordable Homes By 2034

    The Maharashtra government has sanctioned the Mumbai Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2034. The new plan is expected to open up over 3,700 hectares of land in the city’s no-development zone and salt-pan land.
