CNTC started its operations in India in July 2017. Their first project is the 50 storied residential tower called The Presidential Tower.  This height of this project stands at 162 metres - The tallest in south India.

CNTC partnered with Best Golden Developers for their first project in Bengaluru. Right now they are finlising a few more projects in Bengaluru.
