CIDCO is the India’s premiere Town Planning Agency designated by Government of Maharashtra as Special Planning Authority. CIDCO, the builder was incorporated in the year 1970 and is headed by Shri Pramod Hindurao, the Chairman and Shri Sanjay Bhatia, the Vice Chairman and the Managing Director.
