Anjani Buildconn is a part of the Swastik Group which was established in Pune more than 35 yrs ago. In the initial stage of the group’s existence, our activity was limited to Manufacturing, IT & Power Generation. We later on diversified into Real Estate i.e. land/property development. Subsequently, a good land bank was developed by acquiring & selling of land in and around Pune city.
