We are a partnership concern started in 1982 engaged in the promotion of residential apartments, commercial complexes and independent houses. The present partners are Mrs. V. Madhuram, Mr. V. Kumar and Mr. V. Ganesh. The firm was started by Late Sri. N. Viswanathan who had a rich engineering experience of about three decades in building various commercial complexes, factories, bridges and cranes. He was also associated with a leading crane manufacturing company and was the first in India to design, fabricate and erect the prestigious crane at Cochin yard. He trained his two sons, the current working partners, Mr. V.Kumar and Mr. V.Ganesh in the construction business.
