The company masters in the development of both residential and commercial properties. Headed by Mr. Lenjawi, the company undertook its first freehold development in the year 2001. The name of the project was Manchester Tower and it is located in the Dubai Marina. In only a small span of time, Manchester Properties builders became renowned in the real estate industry and a well-known name in the whole of the Middle East. No sooner did it start developing properties than it started gaining trust and fame and a respectable name in the development sector.
The company houses two of its corporate offices in the UAE, in Dubai. There the recruits constitute some of the well-educated internationally qualified staff. They cater to every need of the offices and they have hugely contribute to keep up the good name of the company.
The company also has set up an international office in the United Kingdom. This is the latest office of the company and is located right in the middle of Manchester City.
Mission & Vision
Manchester Properties real estate was started by Mr. Abdul Aziz Lenjawi in 1984 with a vision to incorporate new and improved construction and developmental strategies into the projects undertaken by it. It does not work in any correlation with the government and is in fact one of the largest independent developing companies of the Middle East. Because of the dedication and excellence with which the company delivers its projects, the name of the organization featured in the Sunday Times of the United Kingdom sometime earlier. Also the company holds exhibitions throughout the world, showcasing its talent and sharing its vision with prospective collaborators and investors.
Key Projects
Some of the major Manchester Properties projects include Manchester Tower 1, Manchester Crescent and Manchester Sports Tower 1. Of them, Tower 1 is a residential project located on Dubai Marina.
