Shubhalay began its journey in 1985 with a sole purpose of bridging the gap between demand in residential and commercial real estate market at Bhopal. This was an era when the state government was looked upon for a common man’s housing needs. This was also an era when private builders were always looked upon with suspicion and the private sector was not supported by Government either. Shubhalay under leadership of Manoj Singh Meek bridged the trust deficit and changed the residential and commercial skyline of Bhopal.
