Great Value Industries had its inception with the setting up of a glass ware division in the year 1990. Great Value further expanded into packaging and plastics with its unit in Bengaluru and subsequent ones at Noida and Firozabad. In 2001, the Group forayed into the food division with a unit at Noida. The Group entered into real estate in the year 2009 and the portfolio of property by Great Value encompasses residential, retail and commercial projects. The Group is also planning to foray into hospitality, power and entertainment in addition to mainstream infrastructure in the near future.

The Group is working with JLL, HVS and Colliers International for funding, consulting and advisory. The Group has proposed the development of 5 star hotels and resorts in partnership with global brands like Carlson Worldwide. Plans are also afoot for building townships in several areas of the country including Noida, Pune, Goa and Indore apart from mega projects in Gurgaon and Delhi.

Sharanam is a landmark project developed by the Group at Sector 107 in Noida and comes with 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments for buyers that are sized between 1,095 and 2,185 sq ft on an average.
