Also, a semi high-speed train with 10 coaches, Gatimaan Express, Indias fastest yet, has reduced the travel time between Agra and Delhi to 100 minutes. There have also been proposals of start a Metro rail and monorail for major cities in Uttar Pradesh; Agra is also seen benefitting from this.
