      In the New Year, Noida would get infrastructure projects worth Rs 2,881 crore. While some of these projects would be inaugurated in 2019, works on others would start during the course of the year. Among the projects that will be inaugurated this year include a Dada-Dadi Park at Sector 62, a Traffic Park at Sector 108, a Shilp Haat and Bunkar Bhawan at Sector 33-A and a Command Control Centre at Sector 94.

      If a survey team of the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) finds the infrastructure upgrade up to the mark, Sector 54’s Suncity Township could become the first private colony to be taken over by the government body. In a letter written to the MCG, the developer of the township, Essel Group, has said that all deficiencies pertaining to the infrastructure have been fixed. Spread over 141 acre, the township, with 895 plots, is prone to a flood-like situation during the Monsoon.

    • 3C Company's Subsidiary To Face Insolvency Proceedin

      Over 3,500 homebuyers in 3C Company’s Lotus projects – Lotus Panache in Sector 110 and Lotus Boulevard are staring at uncertain times. A two-member bench headed by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) president Justice M M Kumar has finally allowed insolvency proceedings against the company after small groups of aggrieved homebuyers approached the NCLT for help after the developer firm turned down their request for refunds. This is the third big realtor in the national capital region after Jaypee and Amrapali against which the NCLT has accepted an insolvency petition. However, unlike 3C Company where the buyers have moved the NCLT, it is the banks which have moved an insolvency petition in the above-mentioned cases.
