    Navi Mumbai Coastal Road To Be Ready By 2021

    Maharashtra’s City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) recently approved the second coastal road in Navi Mumbai. The route connecting Kharghar with Belapur will provide easy access to the proposed international airport in the city. The project, which would cost the development authority over Rs 270 crore, is expected to be open for public use by 2021. It was last year that the CIDCO had floated tenders for building the first coastal road between the proposed airport and the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link.

    CIDCO Announces Results Of 1,100 Flats In Navi Mumbai

    The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced the results for its 2019 scheme on February 14. The scheme was launched on January 1 with nearly 1,100 flats up for sale. The housing scheme will offer units in Taloja, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Ghansoli and Dronagiri. The apartments for sale are the ones that remained unsold in the 2018 scheme, results of which were announced in October last year.

    Cidco To Sell 1,100 More Houses Through Lottery

    The City and Industrial Development Corporation says it would hold a draw of lots for sale of 2,000 homes meant for the EWS and LIG categories in the last week of December. On October 2, the Cidco, the agency responsible for building infrastructure in Navi Mumbai, held the online draw to allot affordable homes under its Mega Housing Scheme 2018. The scheme, launched on August 11, had over 14,000 housing units on sale in different parts of satellite town.
