    DDA Launches Housing Scheme 2019

    After a successful launch of the first phase, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is planning to launch the second phase of its housing scheme by February-end. The scheme will have 10,000 one-bedroom flats for economically weaker section (EWS) groups. These apartments will be located at Narela and Bawana. In the first phase, launched earlier in January, around 1,250 1BHK flats, located across Narela, Ramnagar Colony and Seeraspur, were up for sale.

    In a report by global consultancy and research firm Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation (CAPA), India's aviation industry will become the third-largest market in the world with regards to departures by 2019, and job creation by 2027.     Noida Authority Starts Online Bidding For 442 Residential Plots Today

    The Noida Authority would on December 13 launch the online bidding process for the sale of its 442 residential plots located across sectors 12, 31,33, 39, 47, 48, 49,51, 52, 55, 70, 72, 93B, 99, 100, 105 and 122. In a nine-day bidding process that would continue till December 21, each plot would be sold separately. A total of 505 people have applied for these plots since November 13 when the authority launched the scheme.
