Lodha Group is a Mumbai based real estate developer established in 1980. Having more than 30 developmental projects being developed in and around Mumbai, an estimated 38 million sq. ft. worth of real estate has been developed or are under construction by the Lodha Group. The Group also has its presence in the cities of Hyderabad and Pune.
Some of the notable and prestigious properties were acquired by the Lodha Group in India and overseas including the Macdonald House located in central London with a $500 million deal with the Canadian government. The Washington House on Altamount Road in Mumbai was bought from the US Consulate for INR 375 crore while the 17 acre Mumbai Textile Mills was purchased from DLF India for INR 2700 crore.

The Lodha Group today provides employment to over 25000 site based workers and 3000 associates. Lodha is also known to be one of India's first real estate companies to introduce a Customer Rewards Program and launching a 'By invitation only poroject' Lodha Bellissimo. The LEED certification for commercial projects was introduced by them as well. One of the largest FDI deals in the history of Indian Real Estate was done with Rs. 1700 crore worth of funding from investors led by Deutsche Bank. World One, its iconic project received the Green GOOD DESIGN Award in 2012.
