DDA To Merge 1BHKs To Make Flats Spacious
The Delhi Development Authority is facing a tough time keeping the new buyers happy; around 5,600 applicants who were allotted units in 2017’s draw of lots have surrendered the homes. As a corrective measure, the development body has decided to merge 1BHKs and create more spacious units to offer buyers more space. Around 12,000 units were offered under the DDA Housing Scheme 2017, for which 46,000 applications were received. Of the total, 11,000 units were 1BHK homes.
