Everyone loves uninterrupted sleep to wake up as fresh as daisy. A good sleep cures many ailments because it heals body and mind. But, not everyone is that lucky to catch the forty winks without much of a trouble. Insomniacs are not able to sleep at night and are irritable and grumpy the next morning. Also, sometimes there are nightmares, which keep you awake the whole night, as a result of which you are not at your active best the following day. The visible effects of sleep deprivation, apart from the irritable mood and lethargy, are a tired face and unhealthy skin. The lack of sleep causes wrinkles on the face and dark circles around the eyes also it causes many health-related problems. Scientifically, the reasons behind poor-quality sleep could be many but according to Vastu Shastra if you sleep with your head towards the east, you will not have a peaceful sleep. You are likely to get nightmares, if you sleep with your head towards the south. And if you sleep with your head towards the north then there are chances that you may take wrong decisions.
