The structure
Designed and built by Mumbai-based real estate major Shapoorji Pallonji, the office-cum-residence complex is built with state-of-the-art facilities. The complex has a theatre or auditorium which can accommodate 250 people, homes for some senior government officials, a mini secretariat which will have some government offices and a big conference hall also dot the complex. The conference hall which is named as Janahita, will serve as a meeting room where the CM will meet and interact with the commoners. The complex will have a parking lot which can accommodate as many as 300 vehicles. However, the construction of the government secretariat or office complex, which also had to be constructed on the same premises, has been put on hold.

A secured complex
According to sources, the house has been fitted with bullet-proof glass in all the ventilators and windows. About 50 security personnel will guard the complex 24x7. The CM house will also have a “towering” compound so that nobody can peep into the home.

The vastu connect
Every feature of the house has been painstakingly determined by vastu and feng shui experts. According to the vastu advisor to the CM, Suddala Sudhakar Teja, the new complex will bring positive vibes to the residents of the house. Vastu played an important role even during the inauguration ceremony of the complex. The house warming ceremony was performed at 5.22am on November 24, 2016, a date and time considered auspicious as per vastu.
