Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger in February this listed his plush apartment in New York City for sale. The property which was put on the market with an asking price of £64 million, recently saw a price slash to £47 million. The apartment has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Spread over an area of 5,655 square feet, the condo has an unobstructed view of the Fifth Avenue and Central Park.
Cindy Crawford's Malibu home
Super-model Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber have put on market their property in Encinal Bluffs in Malibu overlooking the Pacific Ocean for $60 million. The property was listed in November this year and has been the talk of the town for its interiors since they refurbished the property recently. Spread over 3.18 acres, it has four bedrooms, which the celebrity couple bought it for $50.5 million in February 2015.
Gwen Stefani's Beverly Hills cosy home
Popular singer Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale have listed their Beverly Hills' property for $35 million. The couple will soon be filing for divorce and hence, are selling their 11,800 sq-ft property which they had bought in 2006 for $13.25 million. The mansion has six suite bedrooms and a master suite with two bathrooms and two dressing rooms. It also has a guesthouse, a pool, and a tennis court.
Elvis Presley's Beverly Hills house
Known as the king of rock and roll, Elvis Presley's former Beverly Hills house went up for sale for $30 million early November this year. The property is a landmark for his fans who still visit the property even after 40 years of his death.
It was occupied by Elvis, then-wife Priscilla and daughter Lisa-Marie between 1967 and 1973. Spread over an acre, the French Regency-style property has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Leonardo DiCaprio's Malibu dream home
Academy Award winner Leonardo DiCaprio in September listed his Malibu home. His dream property was listed for a price tag of $10.95 million. He had bought this property back in September 1998 for $1.6 million after the success of his much-acclaimed movie, Titanic. The property spread over an area of 1,765 sq ft has three bedroom and two bathrooms, an expansive outdoor porch with a private hot tub.
Ivanka Trump's Park Avenue condo
Daughter of US's elected President Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump in December listed her Park Avenue condo with an asking price of $4.1 million. The to-be-first daughter had bought this property in the Trump Park Avenue for $1.52 million in 2004.
Jared Leto's Hollywood Hills abode
Suicidal Squad actor Jared Leto has put on sale his Hollywood Hills home for an asking price of $2 million. The Academy Award winner had bought this property in 2006 for $1.65 million. The property is spread in an area of 4,021 sq ft and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two master suites and a slate-tiled bathroom.
Gerard Butler's Los Angeles address
Scottish actor Gerard Butler has listed his Los Angeles for home for both sale and lease. While one can buy this property for $4.4 million, for lease you will have to shell $15,000 per month. He had bought this property for $3.25 million. The three-storey property covers an area of 4,500 sq ft and has four bedrooms and four baths.

Pretty Woman actress Julia Roberts' Kauai property was in the news recently after the price of her property was slashed from $30 million to $19.5 million.
