All allottees in Noida will now be able to apply for completion certificate online from now on. So far, the Noida Authority was processing applications of industrial and residential allottees online. The Noida Authority will issue a completion certificate within 90 days of receiving the application for this.

Citizens in Noida will be able to self-assess the infringement of the building plan rules and pay the penalty for the same to the Noida Authority online.

On September 25, 2019, the Noida Authority started issuing occupancy certificates (OCs) and completion certificates (CCs) for residential and industrial properties online. The portal can be accessed from the Noida Authority website as well as the Nivesh Mitra website, a single-window system for investors in Uttar Pradesh.

Once an applicant requests for these documents online, they would have to pay a free using the portal. Following this, a date and a time for the survey visit would be conveyed to the applicant by the authority. After a physical survey, a report will be prepared and uploaded on the portal.

Noida Authority's Property-Related Services To Go Online Starting January 1, 2019

In a bid to minimise public interaction in government offices and to improve transparency, the Noida Authority is going to deliver all property-related services online only, starting January 1. This will help the property owners as they won’t have to run from one department to the other. Those availing of these services will be able to track their requests and check the status online.

The civic agency has recently started operation of Property Management Information System (PMIS) on the website www(dot)noidaforcitizens(dot)com.

Starting January 15, the authority is also planning to provide online services with respect to transfer of memorandum. This would help original owners of property seeking official permission to transfer their ownership without any hassle.

Currently, to get mortgage permission or transfer of memorandum, the property owner needs to furnish a no due certificate from the finance department and from the water department. If there are no pending dues, the authority will issue a permission certificate through a single window system online. For pending dues, the applicant will be informed at the time of submission of an application.

Soon, the authority will start giving building map approvals, occupancy certificates and surrender of property certificates online.

The Uttar Pradesh government has already brought the online building plan approval system for over 30 authorities across, including Orai, Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Hapur, Gorakhpur, etc. The applicants can submit their building plan at www(dot)upobps(dot)in. Haryana has also started with online building plan system, where the approvals are given in only five hours.
