Noida Authority's Property-Related Services To Go Online Starting January 1, 2019
In a bid to minimise public interaction in government offices and to improve transparency, the Noida Authority is going to deliver all property-related services online only, starting January 1. This will help the property owners as they won’t have to run from one department to the other. Those availing of these services will be able to track their requests and check the status online.
The civic agency has recently started operation of Property Management Information System (PMIS) on the website www(dot)noidaforcitizens(dot)com.
Starting January 15, the authority is also planning to provide online services with respect to transfer of memorandum. This would help original owners of property seeking official permission to transfer their ownership without any hassle.
Currently, to get mortgage permission or transfer of memorandum, the property owner needs to furnish a no due certificate from the finance department and from the water department. If there are no pending dues, the authority will issue a permission certificate through a single window system online. For pending dues, the applicant will be informed at the time of submission of an application.
Soon, the authority will start giving building map approvals, occupancy certificates and surrender of property certificates online.
The Uttar Pradesh government has already brought the online building plan approval system for over 30 authorities across, including Orai, Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Hapur, Gorakhpur, etc. The applicants can submit their building plan at www(dot)upobps(dot)in. Haryana has also started with online building plan system, where the approvals are given in only five hours.
