Sector 42, Gurgaon
Known as the most expensive real estate market in the NCR, Sector 42 is located at the Golf Course Road. The area is one of the posh localities with properties for sale in Sector 42 available in 3-BHK, 4-BHK and 5-BHK configurations. One could find many condominium property listings here as well. The strategic location, coupled with the corporate offices of various multi-national companies, including Genpact, Dell and Ocus Technopolis, has kept the demand for residential real estate here high. The locality is well-connected via road as well as the Sikanderpur Metro Station. Some of the key developers operating here include Sweta Estate and DLF. Upcoming projects in the locality include DLF Mangolias, DLF The Aralias and Sweta Estate Central Park 1. If you are planning to buy property in Sector 42 Gurgaon, you will have to shell out an average price of Rs 35,000 per sq ft*. The numbers remain unchanged when compared to June 2016.
Sector 24, Gurgaon
Located strategically among sectors including Sector 17, Sector 21, Sector 22, Sector 25, Sector 26 Gurgaon, Sector 27, Sector 28, Sector 41 and Sector 42, Sector 24 is known to be a well-connected locality to other parts of Gurgaon as well as Delhi. The most striking feature of this locality is the number of educational institutes here. Some of the educational institutions here include Tagore International School, Sacred Valley School, The Shri Ram High School, Laxman Public School, ISBM Indian School Of Business Management And Administration, Vidyanjali Preschool, and GD Goenka La Petite Montessori. One of the most sought-after locality of Noida, Sector 16B is located close to the localities of Delhi, including Jasola and Mayur Vihar, as well as key areas of Noida including Sector 12, Sector 15, Sector 25A, Sector 32, Sector 44, Sector 45, Sector 51 and Sector 94.
