Buyers eye Gurgaon real estate primarily to enjoy the sheer luxury it provides ─ units available for purchase in this market are from some of the leading developers and boast the best-in-class amenities. No wonder property prices increased six per cent quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter of the last financial year. Data show the average rate of property in the city stands at Rs 5,400 per square foot. In December last year, prices moved in the Rs 3,500-per-sqft range. This jump is remarkable keeping in mind the fact that Gurgaon was among the worst-hit property markets when a slump gripped the sector beginning 2014 (which has yet to fully disappear).  This upward movement in prices is indicative that the demand for housing in the Millennium City may have revived. We reckon a buyer comes to a market such as Gurgaon to enjoy the best of everything, especially the social infrastructure.  In case you, too, are utterly conscious of that fact, we list here localities in the city that have a great ranking when it comes to livability score. These ratings given by Makaan.com are given on a scale of 10.
