Gurgaon, now part of the National Capital Region is the second largest city in Haryana. Gurgoan has the third highest per captia income in India. The stability in the overall psf rate is on account of new projects that are getting launched 15-20 kms away from the min city at a relatively lower price points. Areas within main Gurgaon have however appreciated by 20-30% in the past 12 months.
