Also, the very regular shape of the plot (a rectangle measuring about 47 x about 56 meters), its large area (27 ares), and the very non-central location of the building make this area very interesting and practical: a garden, gazebos with tables for guests, a barbecue area, a swimming pool, benches with a view of the surrounding mountains, an orchard, a polytunnel, 2-3 houses for guests, or a separate garage – there is really enough space for various ideas and concepts for the use of this attractive property.

On the plot there is also a separate, wooden and brick outbuilding (marked on cadastral maps), with an area of 30 m2.

The whole area is fenced with a metal mesh stretched between metal posts, on a concrete foundation.
