Barnes International is proud to present an exclusive house in the center of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres built by architect Carlos Ojinaga, completely restored in 2004.
This incredible house with 1650 m² distributed over three floors and 5.500m² of land, was built in 1943 and recently renovated with high quality materials. It includes a large residence plus an additional guest house to live with all the comforts. It is a comfortable home with a great design. 
The first floor welcomes us with a large entrance hall, with a high wooden door that gives us access to an exclusive house, for its size and quality of construction. It consists of a large dining room, plus a living room with gas fireplace, of large dimensions. On the other hand, there is a guest bathroom, a large kitchen and a service area, which offers a work room, a living room and a bedroom with private bathroom. On this same floor, there is a swimming pool with romantic style arches, which give a lot of character to the house.
