    Extended Metro Network To Make Ghaziabad Realty More Attractive

    The wait for Ghaziabad to have an extended operational Metro network is now over as the Centre on January 23 approved the extension of the Delhi Metro corridor from Dilshad Garden to New Bus Adda in Ghaziabad. Covering 9.41 km, this Red Line extension to be built at an estimated cost of Rs 1,781 crore will have eight stations — Shaheed Nagar, Raj Bagh, Rajendra Nagar, Shyam Park, Mohan Nagar, Arthala, River Hindon and New bus stand.

    All You Need To Know About Chennai’s Metro Network

    The remaining two stretches of the Chennai Metro's Phase-I are expected to become operational in first week of February. The opening of the two stretches — Washermanpet to Chennai Central and Chennai Central to AG-DMS — will make the first phase of the city's Metro network fully operational. Once the new line is completed, the corridor or the Blue Line of the Chennai Metro network will span a total length of 54 km that connects the Chennai International Airport to Wimco Nagar.

    Nagpur Real Estate To Get A Quick Ride On Metro

    Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on January 1 asked the authorities to prepare a detailed project report for the second phase of the Nagpur Metro project. Expected to be completed in four years, Phase-II of the Metro would be developed at an estimated cost of Rs 11,216 crore. The 48.30-km route will cover localities such as MIHAN, Lokmanya Nagar, Hingna, Prajapati Nagar, Transport Nagar, Vasudev Nagar and Dattawadi.
