      This may be the start of a turnaround for Aurangabad realty with the city all set to become an employment-creation centre. The Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC) is expected to to create over 1.5 lakh jobs in the city, officials say. AURIC, a smart industrial city right outside the city, will be developed in an area of 10,000 acre as a part of the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and will attract an investment of Rs 70,000 crore in the coming decade.     • SBI Cuts MCLR By 5 BPS For Second Time In A Month

      Public-sector lender State Bank of India has reduced its marginal cost of funds-based lending rate (MCLR) by five basis points (bps) across all tenors. With this cut, the one-year MCLR will now stand at 8.45 per cent per annum, effective from May 10. This is the second time that SBI has cut the rate in a month. After the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) April monetary policy, the lender had cut the MCLR by five basis points and reduced the interest rate by 10 bps on home loans up to Rs 30 lakh.
