Consumer Court Orders Pune Builder To Repay Buyers WThe National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has ordered Pune-based, Marvel Omega Builders to refund Rs 8.14 crore to the buyers, along with 10 per cent annual interest since 2014 and Rs 25,000 as litigation cost within three months. The total amount to be returned by the builder is Rs 32.56 lakh. The court has ordered the builder to compensate the buyers as the former failed to hand over the completed villa within the agreed timeline.
