West Bengal Housing Board was founded under the Act XXXII in the year 1972 with a view towards offering holistic lifestyles to residents at affordable prices. The West Bengal Housing Board started operating from the 5th of May in 1973 and has earned a name for itself with its professional expertise in terms of quality construction standards and affordable housing units. The list of property by West Bengal Housing Board covers in excess of 35000 residential units till date and is administrated by the Housing Department of the Government of West Bengal.
