BSCPL Group, a Hyderabad based company, is presently one of the largest real estate conglomerates of India having an experience of more than the past three decades. Established in the year 1982, BSCPL Group was known as B. Seenaiah & Company (Projects) Limited. Later in 2008, the name changed to BSCPL and since then it is mainly responsible for developing residential as well as commercial projects. The company is presently at the helm of ten projects of which four are under construction. The company abides by green building principles while developing each of its projects. Apart from residential projects the company also indulges in the development of Road Projects, Airport work, Bridges, Railway Freight Corridor works, Irrigation projects and Hydro Power plants.
