Founded by Shri Jaiprakash Goel, Chairperson for the group it has grown leaps and bounds. The group is managed by strong team of professionals with a vision for Pan-India stretch with lots of ambitious project in kit.
- Since its inception in 1982, the group has delivered around 100 lakhs sq.ft. of residential space and commercial space in various parts of India. In Pune alone group have delivered homes to more than 16000 families. Group is known for deliverables and sales are through satisfied customer base only.
- Currently the Group has a big team of professionals (Engineering, Marketing, Finance, architects, Purchase, IT, maintenance etc.) For various divisions besides hundreds of contract based professionals for project developments.

- Group begged ISO 9001:2001 in 1997 the first company to be awarded this prestigious certificate for quality and ISO 14001:2004. in 2004 for environment assurance systems.
