associates and customers. Over the decades Fairmont Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and Group of Companies has been through major transitions under the leadership of Mr. Abdul Razzak Ahmed Chunawalla, along with it's young dynamic team Mr. Sameer R. Chunawalla, Mr. Farook R. Chunawalla and Mr. Aarif R. Chunawalla from a real estate developer to a well diversified corporate house that's made a mark in developing quality residential and commercial projects. While working toward this, we have never forgotten to repay the moral debt we owe to society and the circumstances, in which we live and work. These beliefs keep guiding us as we continue to realise our vision. Our belief has always been in adding value to our core business of construction and create a whole new world of living. Our progression into constructing of houses and corporate offices is testimony to this belief.
