What is Makaan Mobile Application? |
|
Makaan mobile application enables you to list your property for sale/rent on Makaan.com without using Internet. It uses SMS feature on your mobile.

Do I require GPRS connection? |
|
No, Makaan Mobile Application works through SMS, no GPRS required.

How much is the charge? |
|
Currently Makaan.com allows you to list your property for free. This is a limited period offer. You will only be charged for premium SMS every time you send an SMS to Makaan.com. These charges depend upon your mobile service provider.

Is this application network dependent? |
|
Makaan Mobile Application works on all GSM (Idea / Vodafone / Airtel /Aircel / Spice / BSNL etc )mobile connection. The application is not supported by CDMA (Tata Indicom / Reliance etc)

How to list the property using Makaan Mobile Application? |
|
You need to fill a simple form on "List your Property" section giving details about your property.

How long would it take for my property listing go appear on makaan.com? |

Your listing will be activated within 72 hours after screening by Makaan.com team.

How much does it cost to list my property? |
|

How are properties sorted on My Response page? |
|
The properties displayed on result page are sorted on freshness i.e. most recent property listing is displayed on the top.

How do I receive responses on my property listing? |
|
You will receive responses to your listings through SMS and all your responses will be stored in My Responses section.

Will I be charged for responses? |
|
No, you will not be charged for receiving responses against your listing.

How to edit, delete or modify property listing? |
|
Click "My Makaan account" > "My Responses" > "Listings with Response"
Select the listing you wish to change
Click on Options to Edit, Delete or Modify them.

How to change application password? |
|
Click on "My Makaan Account"
Select "Change Password" under the "My Makaan account" section
Enter your old password
Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering
Your new password will be activated immediately
